By downloading or using Kidofy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service. You also agree to use the app in a respectful and safe manner.
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes.
